VINTAGE VAUDEVILLE STAGE PHOTOGRAPH LOT — THREE ORIGINAL REAL PHOTO PRINTS
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Three original black-and-white photographic prints of stage performers in costume. No studio stamp, no caption, no identification. Backs are blank. Ruler is in the group photo.
PHOTO 1
A man in a suit kneels with a straw boater. Beside him, a performer in a floral dress and hat wears blackface stage makeup. That was a common vaudeville and minstrel convention of the period. Noted here so you know what the print shows.
PHOTO 2
Comedy duo in character. One wears a white cap, white shirt, and long apron. The other wears a short light dress, hair bow, and dark stockings, and points upward.
PHOTO 3
Performer in an off-the-shoulder stage dress with a flower in the hair, one leg raised in a dance pose, on a patterned stage floor.
