Beautiful vintage Westmoreland Glass decorative shoe/slipper crafted in frosted white satin glass and accented with hand-painted flowers in vivid orange and cobalt blue.
The shoe has an elegant old-fashioned silhouette with a raised heel, squared toe and softly frosted finish. Three petite floral motifs decorate the top, giving the otherwise understated white satin glass a wonderful pop of color.Most importantly, the piece retains its original Westmoreland foil label, a desirable detail for collectors and helpful in confirming the maker. Based on the Westmoreland foil label, the satin/frosted glass treatment, and the simple enamel floral decoration, it is estimated the shoe dates to the 1960s - 1970s.Measurements:Approximately 4.5" long x 2.75" high x 1.25" wide.Condition:Very nice vintage condition.
