Vintage Wyler Switzerland Precision Spirit Level 4.75" Dual Vial w/ Box:
$199.00
Vintage Wyler Switzerland precision spirit level, 4.75" (approx. 120mm), dual-vial design — a long center vial plus a smaller side vial. "WYLER SWITZERLAND" is engraved directly into the metal base (not just a box label), confirming authenticity. Sensitivity marked as 0.1mm per 1 meter ("1 Strich Ausschlag").
Condition: Base shows moderate but not severe wear consistent with genuine shop use. Both vials contain fluid and move freely; tested by rotation and both return to a consistent reading. Comes in its original wood case with brass hardware — case interior shows some loose lining debris from age (natural deterioration of the original felt lining, not damage from use), which has been cleaned out.
Function: Both vials tested by rotating the level 180° and checking for consistent readings — both perform reliably.
About Wyler: Wyler AG of Winterthur, Switzerland has been a leading manufacturer of precision spirit levels since 1928 and remains active today — a genuinely respected name among machinists and instrument collectors.
What's included: The level and its original wood case.
Shipping: Carefully packed to protect the vials and base.
