WWI Curry Comb Mrk US RIA F118 FA & 1917 Herbert Horse Brush Cavalry Mkd Pair:
$125.00
Pair of genuine WWI-era U.S. cavalry horse grooming tools. (1) Metal curry comb marked US RIA 1914 — Rock Island Arsenal, 1914-dated, serrated teeth with canvas hand strap. (2) Leather body brush stamped "HERBERT BRUSH MFG. CO. 1917." Both show honest age and use: patina and surface rust on the comb, leather wear on the brush — see photos. The RIA 1914 date on the comb is the standout. From a large cavalry collection.
