Bearing the esteemed signature Tadayoshi (忠吉) upon the tang, the piece is housed in a handsome inro-kizami saya (segment-grooved scabbard) and accompanied by dedicated storage mounts, presenting a rare convergence of severe functionality and samurai aesthetic refinement.The BladeHand-forgedtraditional water-quenchedfrom tamahagane, the blade exhibits the distinct, heavily reinforced cross-section characteristic of a premier yoroidoshideliberately engineered with an exceptionally thick spine (kasane) for penetrating armored targets at close quarters.- Hamon (Temper Line): A brilliant, crystalline suguha (straight temper line) rich in activity and nie, retaining ample temper throughout and terminating in a well-defined, fully tempered kissaki (point).
- Jihada (Grain Structure): Tightly forged, superior grain visible beneath a high-quality traditional polish.
- Nagasa (Cutting Edge): 7 ¼ in (approx. 18.4 cm).
