Antique German die cut Victorian-Era Dimensional Paper-Lace Valentine, circa 1890–1905
An elaborate antique Valentine greeting card featuring two raised winged cherubs nestled among clouds, surrounded by intricate embossed paper lace, ornate circular medallions, and colorful floral decorations.
The card is constructed in multiple layers, combining delicate die-cut and embossed paperwork with floral illustrations, a gold-toned patterned background, and turquoise-blue accents. The interior features an embossed panel and a printed green romantic verse headed “LOVE,” ending with “Will crown thy Valentine.”
Measurements: Approximately 10 inches high × 7½ inches wide.
