I have dozens of Austrian art glass listings coming up. Many outstanding unsigned pieces that haven't been on the market in 40+ years. Will run reasonable offers by owner, but it may take a day or two, and offers expire after one day now.
Authentic & Rare pair of ca. 1900 Outrageous Art Nouveau Austrian Gold Iridescent Shell or Nautilus Shades in the manner of Loetz, but unsigned. Last time I saw just one of these shades it was a single, green, damaged, & 50 years ago. RARE & BEAUTIFUL pair that could take on the finest art nouveau fixture & hold their own. Fitters are just under 2.25" & show no-harm shallow, acceptable flakes. No other damage, chips or cracks. I would describe condition as REMARKABLE, given their design. MAD SKILL went into making these, forming/assembling them with hot, pressed, pinched, tooled, & crimped molten glass. Museum quality, in my opinion, based on beauty & rarity, & I've sold thousands of art glass shades.offer, Buy-it-Now, or make a reasonable offer.Repeat customers ALWAYS get the BEST PRICE using the BEST OFFER option
Check my 100% PERFECT response and buy with confidence. All sales are final and "as is" with no returns, refunds (full or partial), or exchanges. Questions are most welcome. The art, antiques, & etc. I offer are from a lifetime of collecting and selling art & antiques, & etc. around the Midwest, and all have been carefully collected, gently cleaned, stored and/or displayed.
