Snoop Dogg | 1968 Cadillac Coupe de Ville

The guy pictured above needs no introduction whatsoever. Known for his ‘pimp’ image and being one of the most respected and seasoned rappers on the planet, Snoop Dogg’s taste in cars reflects his style.

Snoop is straight old school when it comes to his rides and doesn’t dig any of the modern models currently available. His favorite two cars are the Caddy Coupe de Ville, and the rappers choice, the Chevy Impala. According to Snoop, you need at least two of each, pimped out to give it your personal signature.

Here he is pictured with his white ’68 Coupe de Ville – one cool car with one cool owner. I’m not too sure about the graphics, but you just can’t fault a classic Caddy.

Tom Hanks | AC Propulsion eBox

This two-time Academy Award winner needs no introduction; the Forrest Gump and Apollo 13 star is probably the most recognisable face in Hollywood and the world over. Despite being one of Hollywood’s top-grossing actors, Hanks is known for his love of everything green, eco-friendly and relatively boring. Way back in 2003 – when the electric technology was very much a new concept – he bought a Rav4 EV, an electric version of the compact Toyota SUV. In fact, six years after driving the Rav4 Hanks wrote to the New Yorker, praising its durability and low impact on the environment.

Thanks to F1 the electric technology has since improved dramatically, and Hanks has been seen around L.A in a AC Propulsion eBox. The little car is a Toyota Scion modified to become a fully electric vehicle, a transformation that set Hanks back a massive $55,000 – not that it matters to him, of course.

We score this low because… well, just look at the thing.

Steve O | Nissan Versa

Steve

Yes, it’s the frog-voiced man we all love and know as Steve O, the Jackass clown who shot to fame after swallowing and then regurgitating a live goldfish on TV.

After a decade of MTV fame and the astronomical amount of drugs he consumed, Steve O obviously doesn’t take his rides too seriously – you’d have thought his previous addiction to inhaling nitrous might’ve ingrained the desire for a high-power rocket.

Now completely clean and acting the clown, Steve O is showing off his very ordinary Nissan Versa. It’s a shame he doesn’t take a leaf out of Bam Magera’s books.

Elijah Wood | Mini Cooper

Elijah Wood is an American actor best known for his role as Frodo Baggins in Lord Of The Rings. The 33-year-old has a thing for Mini Cooper as he’s previously owned a red model. Despite being owned by BMW since 1994, the Mini is still very much the quintessential British icon. It doesn’ t matter if you are a checkout girl or a catwalk model, the Mini is an attractive and classless act.

George Clooney | Tango 600

Women of all ages swoon at the mere sight of Gorgeous George’s smile, but would happen if they saw him in this little Tango 600?

Okay, Celebs, we get you want to create that positive ‘eco-aware’ image by purchasing the Prius and Fisker Karma, but this is surely going too far? You would think so looking at it, but this car is just a little bit special underneath that innocuous shell.

60-mph comes in an amazing 3.2 seconds. The is made possible from its two electric motors, each capable of producing over 1,500 ft-lbs of torque. Combined, they produce more torque than 6 Dodge Viper V10!

I’m usually open-mined and respect what other people are trying to achieve aesthetically with their cars; however, on this occasion I find nothing good to say apart from its cool racing car digital display.

It’s an impressive package, but why make it look so friendly and nice? And as for those wheels, they look like something from a 90s Ford Escort. Not cool, even if you’re Gorgeous George.

If it wasn’t for the impressive power figures, this would have scored way lower.

Carmelo Anthony | Lincoln Continental

Carmelo Anthony, AKA “Melo” is a small forward for the New York Knicks of the NBA. The 29-year-old has a penchant for retro cars and he recently sold a 1971 Chevelle for charity. He is pictured here with his tastefully modified 1964 Lincoln Continental.

Apart from the wire rims and cool blue paint, the guys at Unique Autosports installed two Alpine MRD-M1001 amps, two 12-inch Alpine SWR-1221D woofers, and a custom subwoofer box complete with hardwood and a basketball.

James “Bubba” Stewart | Lamborghini Gallardo Supperleggera

When he’s not impersonating police officers by deploying the blues and twos on his friend’s Toyota Tundra, this motocross and X Games star can be found within the pages of  Rolling StoneMaxim and GQ Magazine, and he even stars in the reality show “Bubba’s World”

When Bubba requires four wheels, he can choose between either his white Audi R8 or his yellow Lamborghini Gallardo Supperleggera.

That’s actually quite a tough choice, but I think I’d go with the Lambo.

Tony Hawk | Hennessey SRT 600

This guy needs no introduction whatsoever. “Tony” and “Hawk” are the only two words needed. This guy has been around from pretty much the beginning of professional skateboarding. Dominating throughout his career on the pro circuit and the X Games, his fame has led him from MTV to Gumball 3000, from his own console games to help create a fan-based decal that’ll be featured on the Lexus IS-F CCS-R.

Tony Hawk owns a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited as well as this Jeep Hennessey SRT 600. With a stunning 0-60 time of 3.4 seconds, this is one maniac of a 4X4. It’s a super cool ride, but that carbon fiber hood looks a little incongruous and after market.
