Hello!
This is a porcelain statue of the Virgin Mary, made by Goebel under the Sacrart brand in the 1960s. She stands about 8 3/4" tall with a 1 15/16 x 2 1/8" base.
There is a tiny chip or flaw on the front of the left hand. There are darker areas around the base that may be a wash or dirt. There will be light wear to the bottom of the base. Please check the photos for details.
