Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the cover is detached spine split 40% of the way it\'s a bit dirty dusty and musty as to be expected from an item that is more than 50 years old and other defects. I would call it around a 1.5 fr/gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
