This is a very nice Animated Art Deco Presidential clock made by United Clock Cc., This clock is a key wind movement working keeping great time. Notice the animated drummers arm moves up and down. I'm not sure about the paper dial? it was with the clock, I've owned this clock for more then 20 years. See photos
