I can only guess at grading as I’m a novice to grading but would think in the GD/VG ranges possibly to VG The centerfold top staple is loose there is a stain on front cover are some of it’s faults
The best description is Look at each and every picture zoom in and out to get a better idea of its condition and judge for yourself but fairly sure it’s safe to call it 3.0 range
