This is a beautiful Authentic Large size Marian statue of “Our Lady of the Rosary of Lourdes”, sometimes known as "Our Lady of Lourdes". Under this title, the Blessed Virgin Mary is invoked as Patroness of the sick and suffering. It is a rare image of the French Madonna crowned by Pope Pius IX in 3 July 1876.
The magnificent image is in excellent condition with minor wear from pious use but no significant breaks or damages.The eyes are painted glass and is highly ornate with jewels with much decoration and features a golden rosary, golden metal halo and golden crown with a fair skin complexion atop a spring base and prayerful gaze. It can be displayed both indoors or outdoors as desired.
It measures approximately 38’’inches tall by 15’’ inches at the square baseand is perfect for your personal chapel or home altar. Some crystals and cultured pearls are on the golden crown aureole.
The removable crown will be packaged separately for safe transit. There are two holes on the backside perhaps for a possible crown or ornament. The image remains in excellent condition without any breaks or damages. This item has always been carefully stored indoors with great meticulous care. Selling As—Is.
