This is a beautifully restored Vintage Sheaffer TM (Thin Model) Sentinel Deluxe in the highly collectible Persian Blue finish. This premium model features a polished stainless steel cap with a lined pattern and gold-plated trim. It is equipped with a smooth, conical 14K gold two-tone Triumph Fine (F) nib. The pen has been professionally disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled, and is a wonderful, smooth daily writer and an eye-catching addition to any collection.
The pneumatic Touchdown filling system was completely disassembled and cleaned. The old calcified ink sac was removed and replaced with a new premium latex sac, and the barrel o-ring and blind cap seal were replaced with modern synthetic seals. The system creates good pressure and draws ink perfectly.
The Persian Blue barrel is shiny and has no scratches, cracks, or bite marks. It features a clean, personalized name stamp from the original owner "J.S. Mucho" on the side of the barrel. The stainless steel cap is structurally sound, though it has a few small dings from historical use. The gold plating on the clip and the wide cap band is bright and shiny.
The two-tone conical Triumph nib with straight and aligned. It writes a smooth, consistent Fine line. The translucent amber ink-vue window is clean and clear.
Please review the high-resolution macro photos closely, as they accurately illustrate the cap dings, personalized engraving, and general cosmetic condition of this pen. Related Items:
