A late 40's early 50's floral...fruit and bird motif...but that's not all...there are these glorious birds nests with eggs...amidstgrapes and floral stock. This is a mediumweight smooth fabric...akin to alight denim...unused...unwashed and immaculate...a crisp white ground with passionatepastel wedgwood blues...lavender purples...sage greens...darkchocolate...coffee...with powder blue accents. At the time a very prestigious textile that was quite grand...formal...floral...birds...it is reminiscent of the hand painted walls in tow story foyers in many a mansion around the globe.
