This is one of my finest pieces. I'm lucky to have a few other pieces by Kuntz...so I have decided to sell this. This was made by Thomas Kuntz in 1998. I purchased it directly from him. He made only 2 of these automatons. This is an amazing piece by...what I consider,...the finest automaton maker in the USA.Believe it or not it has 11 different movements! This is electrical with music.( not a music box)This is a very large piece and probably weighs about 40 pounds. This is all made by Thomas, except the clothing...made by his girlfriend.

Height-40 inches Arm to Arm-13 inches skull height-3 inches width-2 inches Lower Monster- 4.5 inches high 5 inches wideBase 46 inches Base 9 inches high. Does not come with wooden pedestal.

Movements...1. Head 2. Eyes 3. Body swings 4. Left wrist 5. Left Arm 6. Right arm 7.Skull up and down 8. Skull Rotates

9. Monster Stage Light Goes On 9. Monster goes up and down 10. Monster pretends to write 11. Pre- Written card comes out like an ATM.

Thomas told me, that he would not even consider making another one for less than 20,000 to 25,000. No guarantee that he would custom build another one. And if he did , it would probably take close to a year to make.
